Under his leadership, the firm achieved substantial growth in revenue and marketshare, becoming the preferred provider for the largest real estate brokerages in the nation and California’s leader in the natural and environmental disclosure industry. He is also an accomplished business litigation attorney who has represented Fortune 500 companies for complex strategic matters. Farah Nourmand, Esq. is NDA’s chief legal expert, advising both clients and the NDA team on a wide range of issues from third-party vendor contracts to compliance with state and federal regulatory issues. NDA clients have access to Ms. Nourmand’s broad legal knowledge and expertise, including her unparalleled, up-to-the-minute knowledge of recent changes in the disclosure industry.
She painstakingly tracks new legislation to ensure that NDA and its products are in compliance with changes in California law. Ms. Nourmand received her law degree from Whittier Law School following a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Southern California. |

Genaro Trejo is an entrepreneur with broad international experience in business creation, strategic planning, and deal sourcing. Most recently he was a management consultant with Competitive Strategies Group in Chicago, where he created the financial services division. Previously, he was Managing Director at Pacific-Well, LLC, a private investment limited liability company which he co-founded in collaboration with Pacific Well, Ltd. (Hong Kong) and Bishodo International (Hong Kong).
Mr. Trejo holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Masters in Public Policy specializing in Finance and Public Finance from the University of Chicago where he was a Dean’s Fellow. |

Ryan Hilterbran

Ryan Hilterbran has a proven track record for creating and executing multi-media marketing strategies that support revenue growth and connect with target audiences. A former Director of Marketing with Property I.D. Corporation, Mr. Hilterbran applies his extensive print, broadcast, and digital communications expertise toward the management and direction of NDA’s overall conceptual and design direction. He is known for creating value-driven, “on-budget” product marketing campaigns that support company branding efforts.
Mr. Hilterbran graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

Laura Kidwell is an accomplished art director who combines creative talent with a keen understanding of marketing principles and nearly ten years' experience in all aspects of print and digital design planning and service.
With the firm since its inception, she created NDA’s comprehensive corporate identity program, encompassing both name and logo design, along with vehicle wraps, t-shirt design and the full complement of collateral material. In her role with NDA, she is directly involved in all marketing campaigns while overseeing quality control of the end product and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ms. Kidwell is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

Paul Ellis is NDA’s Sales Manager in Southern California with expertise in all areas pertaining to natural hazard disclosure. Prior to joining NDA, Mr. Ellis held the position of director of business development, franchise sales at Realogy Corporation, a global provider of real estate and relocation services. In that position he worked with real estate brokers on several mergers and acquisitions and developed rapport with owners of real estate businesses in Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Kern Counties in CA. He has also served as the Director of Sales for Property I.D. and has experience in homeowner’s insurance sales and service.
Mr. Ellis is an excellent speaker, trainer, and teacher, and has presented seminars on hazard disclosure throughout California. The father of four young daughters, he is an active member of the Girl Scouts of America.

David Sternlight is a proven sales professional with the ability to translate sound strategy into revenue and marketshare. His sales acumen, thorough knowledge of the hazard disclosure industry, and commitment to environmental sustainability led him to his current position with NDA. As Vice President of Sales, Mr. Sternlight is focused on positioning the firm as the foremost leader in the hazard disclosure industry.
Prior to his work with NDA, Mr. Sternlight served as President for Insured Forms, Inc. and Director of Sales for Property I.D. Corporation, where he contributed to significant marketshare increases for both firms. Mr. Sternlight graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Following his undergraduate studies, he played as a professional basketball player in Israel for four years and was a member of the 2000-2001 European Championship team. |
