Genaro Trejo is a global entrepreneur with broad international experience in business creation, strategic planning, and deal sourcing. Most recently he was a management consultant with Competitive Strategies Group in Chicago, where he created the financial services division.

Previously, he was Managing Director at Pacific-Well, LLC, a private investment limited liability company which he co-founded in collaboration with Pacific Well, Ltd. (Hong Kong) and Bishodo International (Hong Kong). He has also been an active investor in trade, manufacturing in trade (China/Japan), infrastructure, technology, and financial services.

Mr. Trejo holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Masters in Public Policy specializing in Finance and Public Finance from the University of Chicago where he was a Dean’s Fellow.

Ryan Hilterbran has a proven track record for implementing programs to ensure attainment of a business plan for growth and profit. His aptitude for creating and managing internal systems and business processes provide for cost effective productivity, while ensuring all products and services always meet the highest industry standards.

A former Marketing and Creative Executive at an industry leading disclosure company and commercial signage corporation, Mr. Hilterbran applies his extensive print, broadcast, digital, and web communications expertise toward the management of company marketing, sales, and branding efforts. His ability to develop broad multi-media strategies help support revenue growth and connect with target audiences.

Mr. Hilterbran graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts and Minor of Business Marketing from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

Al Manjarrez excels in product operations, customer service, and client relations. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, including Amazon, Proctor & Gamble, Hewlett Packard, and M&M Mars, developing expertise in packaging, inventory, and distribution.

His natural ability to communicate with colleagues and customers earned him a specialized position on the Team of New Business Developers with former employer Staff Management.

Mr. Manjarrez is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University earning a Bachelors in Business Management. He is also a veteran of the US Armed Forces, serving 8 years in the Army Infantry as a former Army Ranger.

Paul Ellis is NDA’s Sales Manager in Southern California with expertise in all areas pertaining to natural hazard disclosure. Prior to joining NDA, Mr. Ellis held the position of director of business development, franchise sales at Realogy Corporation, a global provider of real estate and relocation services. In that position he worked with real estate brokers on several mergers and acquisitions and developed rapport with owners of real estate businesses in Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Kern County in CA. He has also served as the Director of Sales for two industry leading disclosure corporations and has experience in homeowner’s insurance sales and services.

Mr. Ellis is an excellent speaker, trainer, and teacher and has presented seminars on hazard disclosure throughout California. The father of four young daughters, he is an active member of the Girl Scouts of America.

David Sternlight is a proven sales professional with the ability to translate sound strategy into revenue and marketshare. His sales acumen, thorough knowledge of the hazard disclosure industry, and commitment to environmental sustainability led him to his current position with NDA. As a leading Sales Consultant, Mr. Sternlight is focused on positioning the firm as the foremost leader in the hazard disclosure industry.

Prior to his work with NDA, Mr. Sternlight served as President for Insured Forms, Inc. and Director of Sales for two industry leading disclosure companies, where he contributed to significant marketshare increases for each firm.

Mr. Sternlight graduated from California Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Following his undergraduate studies, he played as a professional basketball player in Israel for four years and was a member of the 2000-2001 European Championship team.
